Who or what is your inspiration in business?

The inspiration behind Bee HIV+ comes from lived experience and a deep desire to turn pain into purpose. After facing an HIV diagnosis, the mission became clear—to break stigma, educate communities, and uplift women and heterosexual couples affected by HIV. Bee HIV+ is inspired by resilience, truth, and the belief that through awareness, compassion, and action, we can create lasting change and save lives.

How do you stay motivated?

I stay motivated by remembering my “why.” Bee HIV+ isn’t just a business—it’s a mission rooted in real lives, real stories, and real impact. Even on hard days, I think about the people we can reach, the stigma we can break, and the lives we can change. Turning my own journey into purpose keeps me going, and knowing that even one person feels seen, educated, or supported makes it all worth it.

What would you do with the $25,000?

With $25,000, I would strategically invest in expanding Bee HIV+’s impact through education, outreach, and sustainability. Funds would support community workshops, HIV testing events, and stigma-reduction campaigns targeting women and families. I would also invest in branding, a professional website, and digital outreach to grow visibility. Additionally, a portion would fund program development, participant support resources.
