How do you stay motivated?

Motivation comes and goes, discipline is what keeps me moving. I stay focused on consistent habits, showing up every day, and doing the work whether it’s exciting or not. I would invest it in initiatives that create a ripple effect for both entrepreneurs and community. A portion would go toward mentorship, training, and resources that help emerging entrepreneurs build sustainable businesses. The rest would support charitable initiatives, including Children’s Miracle Network, which I’ve proudly championed for years. When entrepreneurs succeed, communities thrive, and that’s the kind of impact I want to multiply.
