Connect Who or what is your inspiration in business?

I am inspired by entrepreneurs who build opportunity not just wealth. My mentor, Gregory Eaton, a self made multimillionaire showed me the value of discipline, persistence, and vision. I am also inspired by my parents, who taught me integrity, hard work, and community responsibility. Their influence drives my mission to build Community Choice Tax into a nationwide platform that helps everyday people navigate taxes, build financial literacy, and strengthen local communities.

How do you stay motivated?

I stay motivated by focusing on impact. Every tax return we prepare represents a family trying to move forward financially. Building Community Choice Tax nationwide allows me to create jobs, help people maximize their refunds, and bring financial services into underserved communities. Seeing the direct results of that work keeps me driven everyday.

What would you do with the $25,000?

The $25,000 would accelerate the national expansion of Community Choice Tax. I would invest in operational infrastructure, franchise development systems, and targeted marketing campaigns to recruit new franchise partners in key markets. The funding would also support technology and training tools that allow our offices to deliver fast, accurate and community-focused tax services at scale.
