Connect Who or what is your inspiration in business?

My inspiration in business comes from my son. One day he told me that after college he wanted to come back and help run the company and become the second generation. Hearing that meant more to me than any sales milestone or award. In that moment, the business became about more than just work—it became about building something lasting. It motivated me to strengthen the company, improve how we operate, and create a foundation that the next generation can be proud to carry forward

How do you stay motivated?

Knowing that my son wants to continue what I started inspires me every day to lead with integrity, work harder, and build a business that will stand the test of time. It reminds me that the true success of a business isn’t just in what it achieves today, but in the legacy it creates for tomorrow.

What would you do with the $25,000?

If I won the $25,000, I would reinvest it directly into growing and strengthening my business. My goal would be to use the funds to improve technology, expand our services, and increase marketing so we can reach more customers in our community.
