Who or what is your inspiration in business?

My biggest inspirations in business are my family and my passion for helping seniors. My family motivates me to build something meaningful and lasting, while my passion for helping seniors drives the purpose behind my work. I believe older adults deserve to age with dignity, comfort, and quality care in their own homes, and that mission pushes me to grow, improve, and make a real difference in the lives of others everyday.

How do you stay motivated?

I stay motivated by remembering the purpose behind my work. Helping seniors receive quality care in the comfort of their own homes reminds me that what I do truly matters. I also stay focused by setting goals, celebrating progress, and thinking about the positive impact my work has on families and the community. Knowing that my efforts can improve someones quality of life keeps me driven.

What would you do with the $25,000?

I would use the $25,000 to strengthen and grow my businss by investing in branding, marketing, and stragegic expansion. This includes improving our brand visibility through different avenues, enhancing our online presence, and reaching more families who need quality in home care. The funding would also help support hiring and training caregivers so we can serve more seniors and continue providing compassionate, reliable care in our community.
