Who or what is your inspiration in business?

My father is my biggest inspiration. He has built multiple businesses from the ground up and taught me what discipline, work ethic, and persistence really look like. As I’ve ran my business he’s helped provide guidance and mentorship as I’ve navigated my entrepreneurship journey. He’s taught me how to create a PNL, interview, onboard, create SOP’s, manage employees, sell, and how to keep my margins healthy.

How do you stay motivated?

I start with my vision. My standard for my life is that I give 110% at anything I put my mind to, and when I commit to something I follow through. My vision is my why. Motivation isn’t reliable. It comes and goes, so I don’t depend on it. I focus on discipline and consistency. Whether I feel like it or not, I do what needs to get done because I’m working to become the best version of myself.

What would you do with the $25,000?

I would reinvest the majority back into my business to improve equipment, increase production, and scale operations. A smaller portion would go into diversified investments to grow capital over time, but the priority is building and expanding my business.
