Who or what is your inspiration in business?

My inspiration in business comes from educators, community leaders, and entrepreneurs who use their work to create opportunities for others. I am especially inspired by individuals who build organizations that serve communities, promote equity, and solve real problems. Their ability to combine leadership, innovation, and service motivates me to pursue business knowledge that can strengthen schools, support families, and expand opportunities for future generations.

How do you stay motivated?

I stay motivated by remembering the purpose behind my work making a difference in the lives of students and families. Seeing growth, confidence, and success in others reminds me why persistence matters. I also stay focused by setting clear goals, continuing to learn, and surrounding myself with people who inspire progress. Challenges push me to grow stronger, and I remain committed to creating positive change through education, leadership, and service.

What would you do with the $25,000?

If I received $25,000, I would invest it in education and community impact. I would allocate funds toward advancing my graduate education, professional development, and research on early autism diagnosis and family awareness. I would also use a portion to support literacy and social skills resources for students who need additional support. My goal would be to turn that investment into long-term opportunities that benefit students, families, and the broader community.
