My mother was my inspiration and the struggles I have experienced and lived through. I had hurdled many disparities having valley lows but with faith and determination I was able to rise and learn as I was growing. I am experienced in the hospitality industry. the many no's and unable to afford the education aspect, I turned to my employers to teach me the skills. Now I want to resource others and provide free skills training .
How do you stay motivated?Looking at my people and creating new recipes and feeding them to the people.
What would you do with the $25,000?I would put it towards utensils and a building for my future students so they can have a second chance at restoration.
