My inspiration in business comes from purpose-driven leaders like Pinky Cole and Chef Babette Davis, who built success through passion and resilience. Most importantly, losing 120lbs my own journey—overcoming challenges, staying consistent, and building a brand that creates real impact, serves my community, and promotes wellness and growth.

How do you stay motivated?

I stay motivated by remembering my purpose—serving my community, creating impact, and building something bigger than myself. I focus on my long-term vision, celebrate small wins, and stay disciplined even on hard days. Challenges don’t stop me—they push me to grow, stay consistent, and keep showing up no matter what.

What would you do with the $25,000?

I plan to use the $25,000 to purchase a food truck for $20,000, allowing me to expand my business and reach more communities. The remaining $5,000 will go toward inventory and payroll to support daily operations. This investment will help me grow sustainably while increasing access to healthy, plant-based food and wellness services.
