Who or what is your inspiration in business?

My inspiration in business is Yolanda Taylor, an entrepreneur who owns a chain of private schools in Dallas, Texas, and is also known for her strong sense of fashion and personal style. She inspires me through her ability to build impactful educational institutions while remaining authentic and confident. Yolanda shows that leadership, purpose, and individuality can coexist, and her journey motivates me to pursue excellence, lead with intention, and build something meaningful.

How do you stay motivated?

I stay motivated by embracing the mindset that “it always seems impossible until it is done.” Big goals can feel overwhelming at first, but progress happens step by step. I focus on the vision, stay disciplined through challenges, and remind myself that persistence turns the impossible into reality. Every milestone proves that what once seemed out of reach can be achieved with determination and purpose.

What would you do with the $25,000?

I would invest the $25,000 to expand JuriSec Technologies by developing proprietary governance assessment tools, AI governance frameworks, and client playbooks that help organizations manage cybersecurity and regulatory risk. The funding would also support executive workshops and industry partnerships to position JuriSec as a trusted advisory firm for organizations navigating complex compliance and AI governance challenges.
