Free RegistrationMy inspiration comes from my mother, who nurtured my creativity, and from the youth I serve today. I’ve witnessed how a lack of emotional outlets can lead to negative outcomes. That reality drives my mission to create safe, creative spaces where young people can express themselves, be heard, and transform their stories into a source of strength
How do you stay motivated?I stay motivated by purpose and impact. With my disability, I’ve learned to turn obstacles into opportunities. Seeing the need for safe, creative outlets for youth motivates me. I believe storytelling can break cycles, build confidence, and give voice to those who feel unseen, and that belief fuels my work every day.
What would you do with the $25,000?I would launch Ink & Impact, a nonprofit using writing and illustration to prevent youth violence. The funding would provide workshops, mentorship, and publishing opportunities for underserved youth. This program creates a safe space for expression, helping young people process trauma, build confidence, and turn their stories into tools for healing and change
