Who or what is your inspiration in business?

My inspiration for business is my Dad, he’s always pushed me to do my best in everything I do. I can’t sit around and be content with making a set salary, because of the way the economy has been over the past few decades. I’m also just not comfortable working for someone my entire life and would much rather be running something on my own.

How do you stay motivated?

I stay motivated by just trying to do what’s right even if it can come back to bite you. I really believe honesty will get you a long way rather than lying. Another thing too like I talked about before, is just giving my all in whatever I’m doing. One last thing that really helps me stay calm and motivated is by pacing myself by taking a day by day approach, because once you stress about the future, it'll end up ruining your day.

What would you do with the $25,000?

I would use the $25,000 to start off my real estate career and invest it in properties that I will fix up and sell for big profits. Then, hopefully after a few years I’ll be able to retire my parents, build a family for myself, and start up some charities for groups of people that need help.
