My inspiration in business comes from mission-driven leaders who build organizations around purpose, discipline, and service. The leadership principles of the U.S. Marine Corps shaped how I view business, take care of your people and the mission succeeds. That mindset drives Operation Mulligan, building a community where Veterans reconnect through golf, camaraderie, and support, ensuring No Veteran Golfs Alone.

How do you stay motivated?

I stay motivated by focusing on the mission, not just the outcome. The discipline and mindset I learned in the Marine Corps taught me that progress comes from showing up every day and putting in the work, even when it’s difficult. Building Operation Mulligan keeps me driven because the goal is bigger than myself, creating a place where Veterans can reconnect, find camaraderie, and know that No Veteran Golfs Alone.

What would you do with the $25,000?

With $25,000, I would help launch the Operation Mulligan pilot simulator facility for Veterans. The funding would go toward essential simulator equipment, launch monitor technology, hitting mats, and software to create a place where Veterans can gather, train, and reconnect through golf. It would also support outreach and scholarship access so more Veterans can participate, because at Operation Mulligan, No Veteran Golfs Alone.
