Who or what is your inspiration in business?

My greatest inspiration is the cross of both engineering and entrepreneurship. The idea that technical skill can directly create real-world value. Watching companies like Apple and Tesla transforming industries drives me to think the same way. Closer to home, every client I serve through Wave Printworks reminds me that solving real problems for real people is what business is ultimately about. That keeps me going in my education and expanding my business with purpose.

How do you stay motivated?

I stay motivated by setting high, ambitious goals and breaking them into milestones. Whether I'm writing custom software, designing live shows, or managing production at Wave Printworks, I find energy from building things from a bare base. I draw motivation as well from responsibility, knowing that clients, collaborators, and teams are counting on me. This pushes me to show up consistently. Progress, even small, is what keeps me going forward.

What would you do with the $25,000?

I would split the investment between my education and my business. A portion would go towards my tuition, which will allow me to stay focused on my degree without financial distraction. The remainder would be reinvested into Wave Printworks—upgrading equipment and expanding our production offerings along with scaling our reach. Both investments compound on each other, a stronger education making me a better engineer, and a strong business giving me a platform to apply what I learn in real
