Connect Who or what is your inspiration in business?

My inspiration comes from my mother. I grew up watching her work extremely hard at jobs that did not pay much. She worked long hours and still found a way to build something for herself. She had a small hair styling business on the side while raising me and my brother. That business helped keep our household stable. It helped make sure we had what we needed even when money was tight. Her work ethic and belief in ownership planted the seed.

How do you stay motivated?

I stay motivated by responsibility and purpose. I look at my bills and remind myself that showing up matters. I also see many people with problems I know how to solve. I have built service businesses and learned through experience. Helping others turn their skills into income keeps me going and reminds me why the work matters.

What would you do with the $25,000?

I would reinvest the $25,000 into growing my business and expanding my impact. I would improve my programs, invest in marketing, and build resources that help more people start service businesses. I would also invest in technology and systems that help the business operate more efficiently. The goal is simple. Reach more people, provide better tools, and help others turn their skills into real income.
