Who or what is your inspiration in business?

My inspiration in business comes from people who started with very little and built something meaningful through vision, discipline, and persistence. I am inspired by entrepreneurs who saw opportunities where others saw obstacles and were willing to work through uncertainty to create something that could impact their families and communities. One of the biggest things that inspires me in business is the idea of ownership. I admire individuals who built companies that created opportunities.

How do you stay motivated?

What keeps me motivated every day is my family. I have a wife, two boys, and nine nephews who all depend on me in different ways. Knowing that people are counting on me to lead, provide, and set an example gives me a deep sense of responsibility. That responsibility pushes me to stay focused, disciplined, and committed no matter what challenges I face. My children are one of my biggest sources of motivation. As a father, I understand that my actions speak louder than anything I could ever say.

What would you do with the $25,000?

Winning $25,000 would allow me to move forward with a plan I have already been building. My first priority would be investing in my business so I can position it to secure government contracts. That means purchasing the equipment needed to operate professionally and making sure the business meets the requirements necessary to compete for those opportunities. Government contracts can provide consistent work, and my focus would be building the foundation to qualify and perform at a high level.
