Who or what is your inspiration in business?

My biggest inspiration is my family. As the son of immigrant parents, I watched them work incredibly hard to create opportunities for me, and that work ethic shaped how I approach business. It motivates me to instill that same drive in others, especially athletes. Seeing someone hit a PR, gain confidence, and grow through fitness reminds me why I build businesses that help people become stronger both physically and mentally.

How do you stay motivated?

I don’t rely on motivation because it’s temporary. What keeps me going is passion and discipline. I genuinely love what I do, so working from sunrise to sunset doesn’t feel like a burden. Passion reminds me why I started, and discipline keeps me moving forward even when things get difficult. Real progress happens when you keep showing up and doing the work long after motivation fades.

What would you do with the $25,000?

I would invest the $25,000 into building better infrastructure for the strength sports community. The funds would support technology development, athlete resources, and partnerships with clubs and competitions. My goal is to create tools and opportunities that help athletes compete, grow, and build stronger communities through fitness.
