Who or what is your inspiration in business?

The people, both the clients and the nail techs. When I first started building, my purpose was different. Once we opened, it became clear there was a real need for the space I created. Clients needed a place to feel seen and heard, and nail techs needed a place to grow, work in volume, and refine their craft. Together they create the chemistry that is Tips 312—and the inspiration that keeps me pushing forward.

How do you stay motivated?

Knowing what I want from this business keeps me focused and driven. My goal is to build a successful, self-sustaining company, and because my vision is so clear and thoughtfully mapped out, I have full confidence in my ability to get it there. Every morning I wake up ready to learn, read, plan, delegate, and work relentlessly toward the future I know is possible.

What would you do with the $25,000?

When Tips 312 opened, we started with three small loans—one is fully paid, one totals $23K, and the last will be paid off by 2028. We would use $25K to pay off the $23K loan and apply the remaining $2K to our Tips Are for Kids nail camp, held every summer in June and July.
