Connect Who or what is your inspiration in business?

My inspiration comes from my own journey and my son. Many kid that get "labeled" are actually entrepreneurs, curious, questioning, and wired to build. Our system is designed to train structured employees, and therefore they force these thinkers to sit down, be still, and fit a mold not designed for them. They grow up believing something is wrong. I’m building Zeus Boss Kids to mentor these minds, teach building systems, and help them change the world instead of being overlooked.

How do you stay motivated?

I stay motivated by purpose. I’ve seen how many brilliant, entrepreneurial minds are overlooked because they don’t fit traditional systems. Building Zeus Consulting and Zeus Boss Kids reminds me every day that this work matters. When I see entrepreneurs grow and kids realize their ideas have value, it fuels me to keep going. The mission is bigger than me, it’s about helping people build the lives they were designed for.

What would you do with the $25,000?

I would invest the $25,000 to expand Zeus Boss Kids, an entrepreneurship program helping young people develop business, financial, and problem-solving skills. The funding would support curriculum development, digital learning tools, pilot programs in schools, and training for instructors. Our goal is to give students, especially those who don’t thrive in traditional systems, the tools to build businesses, create solutions, and design their own futures.
