Who or what is your inspiration in business?

My inspiration comes from the families and small business owners I serve every day. Many people simply need guidance and someone they can trust to help them navigate taxes, insurance, and financial decisions. Seeing how education and the right support can change a family’s financial future motivates me to keep building businesses that empower others. I’m also inspired by the opportunity to mentor and create opportunities for others to succeed.

How do you stay motivated?

I stay motivated by remembering the purpose behind my work. Every client represents a family trying to build stability, security, and opportunity. When I help someone understand their finances, secure health coverage, or move toward homeownership, it reminds me why I started. I also stay motivated by mentoring others who want to grow in business and by continually setting new goals that expand the impact of my company and the people we serve.

What would you do with the $25,000?

I would use the $25,000 to expand SMB Firm by investing in systems, training, and mentorship that allow more people to build careers in financial services. For the past 8 years I’ve built my business by helping families with taxes, insurance, and real estate, and I want to put others in position to do the same. I always remind my team that “every no gets you closer to your yes,” and this funding would help me create more opportunities for others to succeed.
