Connect Who or what is your inspiration in business?

My inspiration comes from the small business owners and community organizations I work with every day. Many of them are passionate about their mission but overwhelmed by the systems and administrative work needed to keep things running. Watching how hard they work with limited resources motivates me to build solutions that make their lives easier. I’m inspired by the idea that when systems work better behind the scenes, people can focus on the work that truly makes a difference.

How do you stay motivated?

I stay motivated by focusing on the real impact of the work. When a client’s website finally works the way it should, when their systems become organized, or when they save time and money because of better processes, it reminds me why I started my business. I also stay motivated by constantly learning and improving. Building a business is challenging, but every solved problem and every client success reinforces that the work matters.

What would you do with the $25,000?

If awarded the funding, I would expand the systems and tools behind myadmintec to help more small businesses operate efficiently. Many owners are overwhelmed by administrative work and technology that slows them down. I would invest in automation, improved client systems, and outreach so more small businesses and nonprofits can access affordable support that saves time, reduces stress, and helps them focus on the work they care about.
