Who or what is your inspiration in business?

My biggest inspiration in business comes from people who build something from nothing and stay true to who they are while doing it. I’m especially inspired by entrepreneurs who lead with resilience, take risks, and continue showing up even when things aren’t guaranteed. That mindset pushes me to keep building, learning, and evolving, not just for success, but for impact.

How do you stay motivated?

I stay motivated by focusing on growth over perfection. I’ve learned that consistency beats intensity, and even on the days I don’t feel 100%, I show up anyway. I also surround myself with people and environments that challenge me to level up. At the end of the day, I remind myself why I started, and that keeps me going.

What would you do with the $25,000?

I would invest the $25,000 directly back into growing my business, whether that’s expanding operations, improving systems, or creating more opportunities to scale. More importantly, I’d use it to build something sustainable that continues to create value long-term, not just for myself but for the people I serve and work with.
