Who or what is your inspiration in business?

My inspiration lies in building relationships. I have been blessed to have met many wonderful people during my almost 20 year career in hospitality and have learned that every interaction has impact. Whether a client or a coworker, we can all help each other learn and grow through listening, connection, and care.

How do you stay motivated?

I stay motivated by maintaining a positive outlook, celebrating the small things, and focusing on the impact that I can create. In hospitality and events, I have the ability to share my creative direction and create the container for which event hosts get to become a part of their own event and truly step into guest mode to enjoy the moment, strengthen relationships, and spark new connections.

What would you do with the $25,000?

I would invest the $25000 in scaling Allegro Events to reach more clients and create more opportunities for hospitality professionals in my city. Specifically, I'd expand our team of specialized planners & event staff, invest in better technology to enhance our client's experience, and launch a marketing initiative to connect with the next wave of entrepreneurs and families who want their events to feel alive.
