Who or what is your inspiration in business?

My inspiration comes from the people I serve every day. I see how complicated healthcare can be for seniors and chronically ill adults, especially those with limited resources. Watching families struggle to navigate systems that should help them pushed me to build my own solutions. My goal is simple: make sure people feel supported, heard, and able to live safely and independently for as long as possible.

How do you stay motivated?

I stay motivated by remembering why I started. Every client represents someone’s parent, grandparent, or loved one who deserves dignity and quality care. When I see a family feel relief because someone is finally helping them navigate the system, that keeps me going. I also stay motivated by building systems that allow care teams to work smarter and reach more people who need support.

What would you do with the $25,000?

I would invest the $25,000 into expanding care coordination and support services for seniors and disabled adults in underserved communities. The funding would help us strengthen our technology, grow our team, and reach more families who need help navigating healthcare and daily support services. My goal is to create scalable systems that allow compassionate care to reach more people who might otherwise fall through the cracks.
