Connect Who or what is your inspiration in business?

My inspiration comes from my family. As the son of an immigrant who came here for a better life, I grew up with very little and faced difficult environments. I chose a different path, driven to build something better. My goal is to create stability for my parents, support my brothers, and provide for my own household. My journey through hardship and military service continues to fuel my drive to succeed.

How do you stay motivated?

I stay motivated by remembering where I came from and what I’m working toward. My family, my goals, and the responsibility I carry push me forward. I stay disciplined from my military background and focused on progress. Success means not only providing for my family, but also creating employment opportunities for fellow veteran service members.

What would you do with the $25,000?

I would invest the $25,000 into expanding Must Be Safety LLC, by strengthening brand recognition through targeted marketing and establishing a dedicated headquarters and training facility. This space would serve as a central location for clients and employees, providing a professional, accessible environment for safety training and services while creating a foundation for long-term growth.
