Who or what is your inspiration in business?

My inspiration is not just centered on one individual or event .It is centered on a combination of the people and events that are around me. I am inspired by those who built up from very little and then used their success to ultimately help others in lesser situations. I am inspired by those who are assisted in finding meaningful, sustaining and substantial employment opportunities after serving their country.

How do you stay motivated?

Every day I stay motivated by my faith in God and my belief of the day being better than the previous one . I stay motivated through my clients (Veterans, military and spouses) and knowing that my efforts are to make sure they are being set up for a better quality of life.

What would you do with the $25,000?

I would use this grant to expand my resources and services to help Veterans, transitioning military members, National Guard troops, and their spouses. Specifically, I plan to enhance our career support platform by investing in high-quality training materials and workshops that address the unique challenges these individuals face in the job market. Additionally, I would allocate funds to marketing to reach more Veterans and military families and ensure they are aware of the opportunities availabl
