Who or what is your inspiration in business?

My primary inspiration is the person I am becoming. I want to prove to myself that I am not a mistake, I’ve realized that my past doesn't define my potential. I am driven by the need to prove to myself that I am capable of this. Every win for my coaching business and my team is evidence that I belong here, and that my vision is valid. I am my own 'why' because no one else cares about my business as much as I do!

How do you stay motivated?

I see motivation as just a spark plug, it just fires up the engine. Motivation is something that we all need daily to get us started but commitment is what keeps us going. I stay committed to my vision and knowing that my leadership and coaching can change the trajectory of someone else’s life is a powerful reminder of my own value. I guess you could say I am motivated by the future me.

What would you do with the $25,000?

I plan to use the $25,000 to enhance my lead-generation systems and content production. By upgrading my digital infrastructure, I can provide more value to the Michael Paul Real Estate Team and my coaching clients.
