Who or what is your inspiration in business?

My inspiration in business comes from service. As a veteran, I learned that leadership means protecting the people beside you. My time in emergency services showed me the real consequences when systems fail. And as a father, I’m reminded every day that someone is waiting for workers to come home. That perspective drives me to build businesses that strengthen organizations while protecting the people who power them.

How do you stay motivated?

I stay motivated by remembering who my work ultimately serves. My background in the military and emergency services taught me that leadership carries responsibility for the people depending on you. As a father, that perspective only deepened. Every workplace we help strengthen means someone has a better chance of going home safely to their family, and that purpose makes the work worth pursuing every day.

What would you do with the $25,000?

If awarded $25,000, I would use it to expand the reach of Ramsay Resilience Group and bring practical safety guidance to more small and mid-sized industrial businesses. Too many workplace injuries are preventable but go unaddressed due to lack of resources or awareness. This funding would allow us to develop better tools, educational content, and outreach so more companies can strengthen their systems, and more workers make it home safely to their families.
