Who or what is your inspiration in business?

When I was 16 nearly 17, I had a hunger for the stock market. I decided to invest in many companies. My mother being the main breadwinner of the household and works all the financials, she found out that our CD accounts and other accounts had horrific returns. We wanted out. We were tired of the 401K, the IRA, and the CD accounts. So I dove into real estate to retire her and to make sure that she has a secure and earlier retirement.

How do you stay motivated?

There were many times when I wanted to quit or didn't feel like I was getting anywhere, but what kept me motivated was the fact that my Mother had to constantly worry about her future and her retirement, and I could not live with that if I gave up. Knowing this, I know she is not the only one, and I would be doing an injustice to Middle Americans just like her if I pulled the plug on my mission and my business.

What would you do with the $25,000?

I would use the $25,000 to expand my business and teachings for the benefit of those I serve. Money is a tool, and it will help accelerate my teaching, opportunities, and networking to spread the word about real estate investing and open more doors for people to achieve a secure financial future.
