Connect Who or what is your inspiration in business?

When I graduated from college, my dad told that he had a goal. He wanted to start the Sparacio Sales Company. It would be a sales promotional company and together we would take what he's been doing his entire career and turn it into a family business. He sadly passed away 1 year later from colon cancer. He was 51. 23 years later I have now formed the Sparacio Sales Company and I will teach my boys everything that my father has taught me.

How do you stay motivated?

Its not a matter of staying motivated. Its a matter of creating a do or die yet attainable opportunity and then having the fortitude to see it through. When I knew this was what I was doing, I emptied my 401k into. #yolo

What would you do with the $25,000?

Depending on when its received it will go towards the advertising budget for the ALL TERRAIN ENTERTAINMENT SYSTEMS pre-kickstarter campaign starting next week or down payment for injection molds for parts. Currently this product has been going through development and prototyping in my garage with the help of eight 3d printers and in order for this to succeed, I need to scale production capabilities. Nobody is buying a boat yet. Will all be put into the business.
