Connect Who or what is your inspiration in business?

My biggest inspiration is the responsibility I have as a father and the desire to build something that is truly my own. I’ve learned firsthand what it feels like to put in effort without ownership or clear direction, and that experience drives me to create a business rooted in accountability, growth, and integrity. I’m also inspired by people who build from nothing and create stability through consistency and hard work.

How do you stay motivated?

I stay motivated by focusing on progress over perfection and reminding myself why I started. Building something from the ground up isn’t easy, but I’ve learned to stay consistent even when things feel uncertain. My daughter is a big part of that motivation. I want to create stability and set an example for her. I also stay grounded by taking things one step at a time and keeping my focus on long-term growth.

What would you do with the $25,000?

I would use the $25,000 to scale my pressure washing business in a focused, sustainable way. A portion would go toward upgrading equipment and adding a second setup to increase capacity. I would invest in marketing—primarily local ads that are already generating leads—and build a simple, consistent system for customer acquisition. The remaining funds would support hiring part-time help to increase efficiency and allow me to take on more jobs without sacrificing quality.
