I’m inspired by builders who challenge entrenched systems to restore agency to individuals. In healthcare, physicians have lost autonomy despite being central to care. The leaders I admire don’t work within broken models—they redesign them. MDEnvoy reflects that belief: aligning data, incentives, and advocacy to return control to physicians and create better outcomes for patients.

How do you stay motivated?

I’m driven by building solutions to problems I’ve seen firsthand. Across medicine, law, and leadership, I’ve watched systems drift away from those they’re meant to serve. Rather than accept that, I focus on creating something better. The opportunity to restore physician agency, improve patient care, and build something enduring at scale keeps me focused every day.

What would you do with the $25,000?

I would deploy the $25,000 to accelerate MDEnvoy’s early infrastructure—advancing our data platform, expanding physician onboarding, and strengthening access to trusted career guidance. At this stage, capital directly translates to speed and reach, enabling us to support more physicians navigating complex, high-stakes career decisions.
