Who or what is your inspiration in business?

My inspiration for Driven From Within is to make sure all the youth that comes to us is able to make it and be prepared for the next level. This is my way of giving back. my journey as a student-athlete and the mentors who guided me along the way. I learned that success requires discipline, opportunity, and support. I created DFW to give young athletes structure and a plan to be successful to be able to succeed in sports, school, and life while building confidence and character from within.

How do you stay motivated?

I stay motivated when I see the young athletes grow, earn opportunities, and reach the next level. When they acknowledge you for everything you done for them and then you see them giving back it is all worth it. My own journey reminds me that discipline and consistency matter. I know the journey is not easy but I know that the members are always watching. Knowing that the work we do impacts kids on and off the court pushes me to keep building, improving, and leading every day.

What would you do with the $25,000?

If awarded the $25,000, I would invest it into Driven From Within programs for youth athletes. The funds would support some dues for players that are struggling to pay their dues, gym space, equipment, travel for exposure events, educational workshops, and mentorship programming. This investment would help us reach more students, provide structured development opportunities, and continue preparing young athletes for success in sports, school, and life.
