Connect Who or what is your inspiration in business?

My inspiration in business is to prove to everyone that hard work beats talent. If a young guy from Ireland can travel across the world, set up a brand from scratch off the savings from a school job, and grow it to take on corporate giants in the industry simply by committing to the craft, taking a risk, and going all in, then anyone can achieve their dreams if they truly commit and refuse to quit.

How do you stay motivated?

I don't rely on motivation, I rely on discipline. Motivation fades, but discipline forces you to put in the work on the days you want to quit. My boxing training teaches me the daily grit and work ethic required to apply to my business. I'm currently using that championship mindset to scale ál'in Apparel globally. I put my faith in the Lord and force myself to meet that standard every single day. If I don't outwork my competition today, I can't expect the outcome tomorrow. Go ál'in

What would you do with the $25,000?

I would invest in bulk stock. Putting the deposit down is my biggest growth bottleneck since I rely purely on sales for cash flow. Manufacturing lead times often force me to halt marketing due to sold-out best sellers. This $25k and the expert mentorship fix this entirely. It allows me to secure inventory, outsource fulfillment to a 3PL, and super scale the business so I can eventually provide employment and support others.
