Also the ability to give back to my community by teaching the next generations to come. Trades are in high demand during this new INFORMATION AGE, due to the shortage across the world. I came from the end of the INDUSTRIAL AGE.
How do you stay motivated?Keep up to date on new training available, stay in the know of what’s going on in the industry. I just started teaching the next generations, and just to be able to watch them learn and develop skills that can last a lifetime.
