My mom was my inspiration to start making Salsa. My mom fallowed tradition, family love and passion through food. Since Costa Rican people don't like "spicy things" she made an original non spicy Salsa. I been making my mom's salsa ever since she trusted me with the family recipe.
How do you stay motivated?My family keeps me motivated. My husband and daughter are disabled. I wanted them to have an opportunity to work and be successful in there own way regardless of their challenges. So I created Salsa Mami to support them in there journey by giving them jobs to continue the family legacy.
What would you do with the $25,000?I would use the funds to grow production of the salsa, get new equipment and a better assembly line.
