Connect Who or what is your inspiration in business?

My greatest inspiration in business is my son and my own healing journey. Experiencing firsthand how trauma and chronic stress affect the body pushed me to search for deeper answers. I realized many people are struggling with symptoms without understanding the root cause. That experience inspired me to build a business focused on helping others heal their nervous system and reclaim their health.

How do you stay motivated?

I stay motivated by the impact this work has on people’s lives. Seeing someone finally understand the connection between trauma, the nervous system, and their health is powerful. When people begin to heal, it transforms not only their well-being but their families and communities. That purpose keeps me focused, learning, and committed to helping others reclaim their health.

What would you do with the $25,000?

I would invest the $25,000 into restoring my grandparents’ 95-year-old farmhouse and transforming it into a community healing space. My vision is to create a place where people can learn about nervous system healing, trauma recovery, and holistic health while also building a community garden to teach sustainable food growing. Bringing people together to reconnect with their health, their food, and their community would be incredibly meaningful.
