Connect Who or what is your inspiration in business?

My inspiration comes from the impact I see in others. Watching someone upgrade their thinking, confidence, and leadership fuels everything I do. When people realize they have the power to change their lives, businesses, and relationships, it reminds me why I started. My kids also inspire me daily, they remind me that the work we do today shapes the world they will grow up in.

How do you stay motivated?

I don’t rely on motivation. Motivation fades. Purpose doesn’t. When you’re aligned with your mission, the real drivers are discernment, commitment, and consistent action. Motivation can spark something, but meaningful impact comes from showing up for the work even when motivation isn’t there.

What would you do with the $25,000?

I would use the $25,000 to create community spaces where people can safely do the inner work required for real transformation. I would also sponsor individuals who want to attend retreats and experiences I am involved in but they lack the financial resources to be involved. My mission is to expand access to tools that help people upgrade their mindset, health, and leadership.
