Connect Who or what is your inspiration in business?

Watching my mother struggle to raise six children showed me the strength women carry behind closed doors. Society often praises women for being strong but rarely sees the sacrifices they make to hold their families together. That experience shaped my desire to support women and create spaces where they can be seen, heard, and empowered. I also believe God has called me to do this work and serve women through purpose-driven leadership.

How do you stay motivated?

What keeps me motivated is knowing that my purpose is bigger than me. Every morning I wake up with the same thought in my mind: “I want to help people.” The thought of women suffering in silence breaks my heart. Too many women feel like they have to face their struggles alone. That’s why I am committed to creating safe spaces where women can grow, heal, and support one another. What would you do with the $25,000?

I would use the funding to launch my first three-day women’s empowerment retreat designed to help women reconnect with their identity, heal emotionally, and rebuild their vision for the future. The funds would cover the venue, meals, childcare support, materials, and program supplies. I plan to invite 10 women and their children so they can fully focus on personal growth. This retreat will serve as the foundation for expanding programs that support women’s healing, and empowerment.
