Who or what is your inspiration in business?

I’m inspired by entrepreneurs who build something real from nothing and keep going when things get hard. My biggest inspiration comes from small business owners who put everything on the line for their families, employees, and communities. They remind me that business is not just about money. It is about creating opportunity, solving problems, and building something that lasts.

How do you stay motivated?

I stay motivated by remembering what it feels like when a business owner is overwhelmed, stuck, or running out of options. Helping someone find clarity, confidence, and a path forward keeps me going. I also love building things: companies, tools, systems, and ideas that make a real difference. Progress, purpose, and impact are what drive me every day.

What would you do with the $25,000?

I would invest the $25,000 in both access and execution—funding scholarships for deserving entrepreneurs, reaching more business owners who need support, and strengthening onboarding and client success so more people complete the program and get results. The products, courses, and coaching already exist. This funding would help more entrepreneurs experience the value.
