Who or what is your inspiration in business?

I’m inspired by people who build businesses by putting people first. My years in HR showed me that when you invest in people and their potential, extraordinary things happen. I’m also inspired by entrepreneurs who challenge the status quo and create new paths forward. As a mother of three, I want my children to see that success isn’t just about building a business; it’s about building something meaningful that positively impacts others

How do you stay motivated?

I stay motivated by impact. Helping families move forward in their housing journey or watching someone on my team grow into their potential is incredibly rewarding. I’m also energized by building new ideas and seeing them come to life. When you’re creating something meaningful and helping others succeed along the way, motivation comes naturally.

What would you do with the $25,000?

I would use the $25,000 as a real-world entrepreneurship experience for my three kids. Together we would brainstorm, research, and launch a small business from idea to reality. It would be an opportunity to teach them creativity, resilience, financial literacy, and the courage to try. Win or lose, the real return would be raising three future entrepreneurs who believe they can build something meaningful.
