Connect Who or what is your inspiration in business?

I am inspired by founders who don’t just build businesses, they build movements. My greatest inspiration is proving that business can be both high performance and deeply responsible. With MisMacK, I set out to challenge an outdated beauty industry by creating Sports Colour Cosmetics, a new category where performance and system safety are the standard. This is bigger than business. I am building something my son can be proud of and something that sets a new standard for the next generation.

How do you stay motivated?

I stay grounded in why I started. What began as creating a safer eye black with my son has grown into Sports Colour Cosmetics, a new category in beauty. That responsibility fuels me. On the hard days, I focus on the ripple effect. The athletes making the switch, the communities we support, and the future we are shaping for the next generation. I move with grit and purpose because this is bigger than me.

What would you do with the $25,000?

This $25,000 will accelerate our national rollout through Pharmasave and our partnership with the Winnipeg Blue Bombers. Funds will support inventory, marketing, and logistics to meet demand at scale. We are not testing. We are scaling a new category.
