Who or what is your inspiration in business?

My inspiration in business came from necessity. Growing up, if I wanted or needed something, I had to work for it, mowing lawns, shoveling snow, or running errands for neighbors. Those early experiences taught me discipline, resourcefulness, and the value of opportunity. They also shaped my mission: to build businesses that do more than generate income, businesses that create jobs, open doors, and give others a chance to build better lives.

How do you stay motivated?

I stay motivated by keeping God first. My faith gives me confidence, peace, and the belief that my purpose is already set in motion, I just have to get up and walk in it. Prayer and fitness help keep me grounded and mentally clear, and seeing something I worked hard to build finally come to life pushes me to keep going, keep growing, and keep creating opportunities for others.

What would you do with the $25,000?

I would invest the $25,000 into advancing a nonprofit academy designed to expose youth to entrepreneurship, real estate, hospitality, and community development. My vision is to create hands-on learning opportunities that show how businesses, property revitalization, and community impact all work together. This funding would help build the foundation to launch the program with structure, access, and lasting impact.
