Who or what is your inspiration in business?

My inspiration in business has been so many amazon women like myself seeing a need, and delivering it like Maggie Walker and others. But more recently, I would say Oprah Winfrey. She built an empire that can't be shaken. Savvy, compassionate, and a boss is every sense of the word. Years of growth because of her abitlity to foresee the next and next. She doesn't wait for the change, she becomes the change to follow.

How do you stay motivated?

How I stay motivated: Legacy! My prayer is to build a sustainable, profitable, and impactful company that my family can be proud of as well as be a part of someday. I start work earlier than most and close my laptop later than everyone I know. Some call me crazy or excessive, I call it building a legacy that will not break. My desire is to become the first millionaire in my family. With that, I stay motivated and prepping for the next.

What would you do with the $25,000?

At the moment, marketing dollars to promote the new SAAS platform targeting small to mid-sized businesses, entrepreneurs, and digital marketers. I am on a lean budget. I would also like to add a part-time employee to help with the administrative and operational tasks. The addtional assistance would mean lifting a huge amount of work out of my hands.
