Who or what is your inspiration in business?

My inspiration in business comes from her passion for helping young athletes grow in confidence, leadership, and resilience. Through her experiences in coaching, service, and community work, she saw the need to shift youth sports culture from negativity to positivity. This inspired her to create Positive Trash Talk, a movement focused on building Pressure Proof athletes who lead with character on and off the court.

How do you stay motivated?

I stay motivated by her passion for helping young athletes build confidence, leadership, and resilience. Seeing their growth on and off the court fuels her purpose. Through Positive Trash Talk, she remains focused on transforming youth sports culture and developing Pressure Proof athletes who carry positivity, discipline, and strong character into sports, school, and their communities.

What would you do with the $25,000?

I would invest the $25,000 to expand Positive Trash Talk programs by hosting youth clinics, creating educational mindset resources, and reaching more schools and community organizations. The funding would support equipment, program materials, travel, and outreach, allowing Coach Mo to mentor more young athletes and continue building Pressure Proof leaders while promoting a culture of positivity in youth sports.
