Who or what is your inspiration in business?

My inspiration came from Black Males being disrespected. I have lived with it as a child and now as an adult feel that Black Men do not receive the RESPECT THEY TRULY DESERVE. I have spent my life talking about it and teaching my sons how to deal or PLAY THE GAME. My one son, Lionel is Assistant Deputy Director of the State Parole Board, the other son spent 27 years in the Army and now Chief of Police at Fort Meade in Maryland.

How do you stay motivated?

My motivation comes from the Newspaper, the TV, Magazines when they only show BLACK CRIME BY MY MEN. SHOWING THE PUBLIC THAT BLACK MEN ARE LOW, DO CRIMES AND SHOULD NOT BE TRUSTED. I HAVE MADE BETS WITH LAWYERS WHEN I BAILED 3 WHITES AND 2 BLACKS THAT THE BLACK MEN WOULD BE IN THE NEWSPAPER THE NEXT DAY, BUT NOT THE WHITES.... THEY WORK TO KEEP BLACK MEN DOWN AND I WORK TO UPLIFT THEM.

What would you do with the $25,000?

PROVIDE FOR HOMELESS INDIVIDUALS TO LIVE IN MOTELS WHERE I MAKE A DEAL WITH THE OWNER AND TWO CAN LIVE ALL WINTER. I CANNOT GO TO BED AT NIGHT KNOWING I DIDN'T HELP SOMEONE WHO IS LESS FORTUNATE. I HAVE MET MEN WHO ARE 90 YEARS OLD AND HAVE NEVER SEEN THEIR CHILDREN. TAKEN FROM THEM AT AN EARLY AGE. THE PEOPLE I WANT TO HELP THE MOST LIVE IN CAMDEN, NEW JERSEY. I ADMIT I DO PURCHASE LIQUOR FOR THEM AND IF YOU WANT TO CALL ME AN ENABLER, IT DOESN'T HURT ME. I DO WHAT I WISH. HAVE REASONS
