Who or what is your inspiration in business?

I’m inspired by entrepreneurs who build businesses that solve real problems and create meaningful impact. My work in compliance showed me how many businesses struggle to navigate complex regulations. That inspired me to start Stephens Compliance Group to help businesses understand regulatory requirements, respond to government inquiries, and strengthen their compliance practices so they can operate with confidence.

How do you stay motivated?

I stay motivated by focusing on the impact my work can have on businesses facing complex regulatory challenges. Many entrepreneurs feel overwhelmed when dealing with compliance issues or government complaints. Knowing that my work can help bring clarity, structure, and solutions keeps me driven to continue building and growing Stephens Compliance Group.

What would you do with the $25,000?

If awarded the $25,000, I would invest it into growing Stephens Compliance Group by expanding marketing, developing educational resources for small businesses navigating regulatory compliance, and building systems to better support clients. My goal is to increase access to compliance guidance for businesses that often cannot afford large consulting firms but still need professional support.
