Connect Who or what is your inspiration in business?

My inspiration was to work for myself, make my own choices, and not settle for staying in one position with repetitive tasks that didn’t fulfill my goals and dreams. I always thought that I would work for someone for the rest of my life but I found inspiration through surrounding myself with entrepreneurs who made me realize that it is possible. It’s all about who you surround yourself with. I deeply care about people and genuinely wanted to provide a service that made a difference.

How do you stay motivated?

I’ve always loved connecting with people, learning about them, and helping them feel confident, empowered and validated. My business allows people to see themselves in a way they never have before. I discover my clients best clothes, makeup, hair and nail polish colours based on the dimensions of their features. Seeing their faces light up, hearing them tell me my service is life-changing is what keeps me going every single day and the confidence I’ve instilled is immeasurable.

What would you do with the $25,000?

I have a four step plan. The portion of my plan that I would use the money for would focus on selling clothing (starting with high quality t-shirts) in specific colours tailored to each clients palette, so my clients can directly purchase from me after the appointment. My goal is to be able to sell clothes to people who have been analyzed all over the world specifically tailored to their colour analysis season. Costs: inventory, marketing, warehousing
