Who or what is your inspiration in business?

My inspiration in business is service to the public. I come from a family of public servants and was a career public servant for over 25 years until I resigned because of workplace bullying. Despite my resignation, I believe I still have a lot to offer to the public. My business is a way of continuing my service.

How do you stay motivated?

I stay motivated by my desire for continuous learning and growth - exploring what all I’m actually capable of learning and successfully applying…someone may see the same capabilities in themselves by extension.

What would you do with the $25,000?

If I win the $25K, I would use it to further develop a software product I created to improve courtroom operations readiness. I would also use a small portion of it to complete my contribution to my scholarship endowment that will provide a $2K scholarship to two students, annually, at my undergraduate alma mater Central State University.
