Who or what is your inspiration in business?

My inspiration is rooted in faith and the legacy of my Haitian immigrant parents. They arrived with little but built everything on belief, sacrifice, and an unshakeable trust in God's provision. That foundation lives in everything I do as a leader. I believe purpose-driven work is a calling, not a career — and my faith anchors every decision I make. Their courage taught me that the most powerful thing you can build is something bigger than yourself.

How do you stay motivated?

My motivation never comes from metrics — it comes from meaning. Every morning, my faith reminds me that this work is bigger than me. When I feel the weight of leadership, I return to why I started — the communities I serve, the legacy my parents built from nothing, and the God who ordered my steps. Knowing that my work is effectively changing lives and connecting individuals to community and to God, keeps me forever grounded, grateful, and unstoppable.

What would you do with the $25,000?

Millennials to Christian events, gatherings, retreats, and the people who share their faith. Every dollar of this $25,000 grant goes directly to building the bridge. I will allocate the majority toward platform development and hosting infrastructure — the technical foundation that will connect 5,000 users to 10,000+ faith events across New York, Chicago, Atlanta, Connecticut, Texas, and Los Angeles.
